There can be a great deal of flexibility between work and home life. They are very open to telecommuting, etc. Reasonable benefits, sometimes interesting work.
Accenture is a top-heavy organization. If you start in an entry-level position, there may be 10 or more levels between you and the CEO, and to do anything requires approval from multiple levels (seems to be at least three).
Sometimes the work is not that interesting.
