Great work environment. They offer training for better assimilation of the job, even when you don't come from a tech-exclusive background.
The progression in the company depends more on the project/client you are in, rather than the actual work you do for that project/client.
It seems unfair that only some people might get promoted because they did things you never had the opportunity to even do, because it's not even part of your job description or exists in the project/client you work for.
