There are projects with large clients where you can gain a lot of experience, especially if you are starting your career as a developer. In my project, the latest market technologies were used, which adds value to your resume.

Payments are punctual. Prepaid medical insurance is a very good plus. Overtime is paid, but you must demand it before accepting any extra work.

Most teams are made up of junior developers who lack the necessary experience to deliver quality software. If it's not for the client's explicit demand, no importance is given to it.

The salary is below the industry average and it's difficult to get a raise unless you threaten to leave.

Career development is theoretically very solid, but in practice it's too poor.
