Pros

Accenture has job security and is a good company to enhance professional skills. Accenture gives you training in hot skills, but that totally depends on your manager whether he/she is ready to cross-train you. The relocation allowance is also very good.

Cons

There are too many things not to like about this company:

  1. Don't go by its name; the compensation benefits this company has are the lowest.
  2. HR here will only listen to management, and there's no option for an employee to have a say.
  3. Working or login hours are 9.5 hours, but you are entitled to work for more than 10 hours with no extra pay for OT, and there's no extra pay for the night shift as well.
  4. Talking about allowances, the variable set in your offer letter will put a smile on your face, but when the payout happens, you will get chillers and nothing else.
  5. The management only wants to save money in every kind, so they won't recruit many people and make the tenured people work more, with no appreciation on top of that. The money provided by the company for employee engagement has also not been used since my 2 years of tenure.
