If you want to relax, this is the best company to work for.
If you want to learn, no service-based company is good (unless you are part of the 5% of lucky people).
Cannot even reimburse your certification fees. Hikes are completely reduced (to 1% to 5%).
The pros and cons above vary depending on the project. I gave them because 90% of projects involve these things. But one thing is common: managers.
They will make you work, even if it is outside of office hours, without allowances.
And they put you in a place where you will never grow and waste your career's valuable time, as if you told them you'd given up your life to them.
