A decent company.
They process everything, everywhere, and for everything.
Better hikes compared to other service giants.
I implemented the clustering process, which helped me get a project at an Accenture facility near my home. It saved hours of time that were wasted in traffic.
- No work-life balance.
- Most of the company values exist on paper and are not put into practice, at least in India.
- Still, hikes are very less compared to some service/product companies.
