Accenture is a good company, but A*****de is not, trust me. This particular IG, which is a collaboration of Microsoft and Accenture, doesn't let you work on non-Microsoft technologies, even if you want to.

If you accidentally get badged to A****de, your life is over. Only obsolete technologies remain, and the worst part is they won't let you shift to other IGs. They will forcibly ask you to take up projects that do not match your skills.

You stop coding once you become a Senior Software Engineer because you start managing things.

I beg HR to be proactive. Don't just show up at the time of appraisal. You have a huge set of responsibilities. Don't just make yourself a rangoli-making department.

The senior managers literally yell at the employees. Please behave; it is a professional setup. And yes, stop setting unrealistic deadlines, especially when you don't code!
