Performative DEI - no real tangible or economic equality. Just posters with animated Black people on them to appear as if they are an inclusive company. The CEO was against racism four years ago (remember when George Floyd died?), but changed her tune when it came to genocide.
You're a cog in a machine and are expected to act accordingly.
