Allows low-level employees to raise concerns.

Performance reviews are dependent on supervisors. Their relationship with you and how frequent they give feedback are factors.

Many projects exist, but it's easier to resign than ask for reassignment.

Gets stale as time goes by. Not as cutting edge as it claims.

Performance review has come a long way. However, the promise of frequent and timely performance feedback is not delivered to all employees. Some employees still get blindsided by negative performance reviews from supervisors who pretend that everything is okay during discussions but actually gave them a bad review to management.

Some promote those who want to leave rather than those who wanted to stay. Oh, the work-life balance improvement is welcome, but it did not follow through when I was there, so that has to be addressed. Thanks for listening to employees.
