4. Good learning opportunities if you want to make your career in the service industry as tech support.

1. No option of switching projects for a minimum of 2-3 years.
2. No use of training given in Java/React etc. as the project only requires basic computer knowledge and communication skills.
3. If you're doing 10 things perfectly but making a single mistake, you'll be scolded a lot. The team lead and manager will take calls with some senior members for an hour and drill you for the mistake.

They are very unsupportive in this case. At the fresher level, getting something wrong is very obvious and should be accepted.
