Good work-life balance and a good manager, although it totally depends on the project. Wide range of projects for various tech exposure.
The low pay and remote work environment are not up to the mark. Lower-level employees are left unanswered most of the time. Every time you have to raise any query, you must go through leads or a manager. Getting access to any tool is a great struggle.
The remote work environment needs to be upgraded, as it is the future. Quick access granting to any tools that are desirable to the project is also essential.
