No pros at all. Please don't join this company.
I have been working with Accenture for the past 2 years and I am having a very bad experience.
This company totally depends upon their managers. If you don't have the habit of buttering, then your stay here will be difficult.
HRs have no knowledge here. They just know what to do to make their managers happy.
Please create some strict rules for the exploitation of freshers.
