Not good for a fresher if you get support or test jobs
You will get to learn many different things if you get Dev projects.
Allocation of projects for a fresher after training is worse here. You might get trained in one technology and would work in a different technology most of the times.
No flexibility for working in a desired branch near to our residents.
If you are a fresher, getting a good project is all about your luck.
Very difficult to change your skill.
