Horrible, horrible employee satisfaction and care. No employee work-life consideration and horrible employee care. It will absolutely stress you out to a point of no return. Anxiety every day while going to the office. Please take care before you join.
We need to improve employee satisfaction. Ask yourself why rarely there are employees who have lasted more than 5 years in the company.
