Good environment. Good policy. Good work. Cabs and perks.
Politics in project.
Direct visibility to directors is being cut.
There are lots of barriers to talk directly to directors.
90% of the work credit is being taken by SMs without letting the director know who is actually working on it.
If you ask for promotion, you would be pushed as a SME to some different team with different skills, along with the work of your own team. They'll say for promotion you have to handle multiple teams. When you explain that you don't have any idea of that skill and it is nowhere related to your 12+ years of experience, they would simply say that they would arrange KT. While the truth is, the person supposed to give KT himself is suffering a lot and requested to be released from this burning project.

It's not a problem in Spring Boot microservices that you are aligning integration resources or UI resources there and giving the reason that since you asked for promotion, you have to handle this. It is nowhere related to their technology.
Director should connect to AMs bi-weekly and monthly to take feedback.

It increases mental health and stress.
Opportunities should be given to grow and develop and take a higher role in the similar technology.

It was two technical and one managerial round, followed by an HR discussion. After the technical discussion, you have to fill in the documentation. All the rounds will be on virtual video-enabled calls.
Very fast and smooth process. They are very professional. There were 3 rounds of interview, including the HR round. The overall process took around 10 days. The process is very transparent, and I get to know the status via my mail and WhatsApp. Overa
