New hire focused work culture. Transparent salary structure. Well-established processes with respect to project delivery, but sometimes unnecessarily over-burdened.
Stable, long-term resources are taken for granted. There are no growth opportunities for them. Rehiring is considered a favor to the candidate, irrespective of their skillset or experience. The recruitment process is horrible, and the HR team is awful. When it comes to the interview process, nobody knows what's happening next.
Please value your resources who have been serving you for decades. New hires are required, but don't forget your founding stones. For rehires, they are willing to come back for better opportunities; they are not begging for your favor. There are hundreds of IT companies out there that value them.
