Pros

Accenture is a very large organization globally.

It has a diversified business portfolio across multiple industries.

They are experts in consulting and technology businesses.

Lots of knowledge resources or documentation are available for reference.

They are really good at catching up on latest technology trends and trying to build expertise in new technologies (what is called NEW IT) to be able to serve future client needs and business requirements.

Cons

Accenture ATCI has become top-heavy. Many of the senior management people (at ATCI) do more high-level talk and have superficial knowledge. They spend lots of effort in building stories, more to save their jobs than to add any real business value to clients. Lots of initiatives are arranged to try to showcase ATCI to global leadership, but many times they lack quality from a real business value standpoint and are just for demonstration purposes.

The innovation culture at ATCI is not harnessed in a proper way. It is simply pushed on to employees to gather a large number of nominations to showcase to global leadership, but there is no proper vision in investing money and time in building a true innovation culture across a larger employee base.

The performance achievement process has lost its real purpose and is mainly used as a tool to cut employee size.
