Work culture at company
Accenture has the best work culture. People say Accenture is a hire-and-fire company, but I have never seen this kind of situation at Accenture. If a candidate has good skills, the company will never lose that resource. I have seen Accenture giving many opportunities to candidates with poor technical skills. They provide a lot of training.
Sometimes I feel bad about micromanagement.
They should keep encouraging their teams.
