Management needs to improve its way of working. It puts a lot of unnecessary pressure on people below to deliver fast, even if the resources are giving their 100 percent.
This will vary on a project level, but I am speaking from my experience.
The interview process was relatively straightforward, and the interviewers were quite competent. Their approach made the experience comfortable and allowed me to showcase my skills effectively. Overall, it was a positive and smooth interaction.
The hiring process was not good. It took almost 6 months to complete the hiring process. I faced all interview rounds telephonically. I attended 4 rounds over the phone call only. I was interviewed in Feb 2017 and got an offer in June 2017.
The interview process consisted of three rounds: * Technical * Managerial * HR discussion The technical round was based on areas worked on or experience in. The managerial round included both technical queries and soft skills.
