I joined Accenture in Sep 2021 and left in Nov 2022 due to my manager. He was very bad and behaved like a psycho in the team. The project was Pune-based, and 70% of the team were Hindi speakers, with the remaining from Hyderabad and Chennai. He showed partiality between South and North Indians, creating a very toxic work culture. He tortured me and other team members immensely. We had to inform him about sick leave one day in advance, and even then, he would not approve it.
Not so bad. The manager is the worst.
Pune work for Barclays account.
The interview process consisted of three rounds: HR, Hiring Manager technical round, and the last interview was with a director. The questions were related to my overall experience. The overall interview process was great.
The interview process consisted of three rounds: * Technical * Managerial * HR discussion The technical round was based on areas worked on or experience in. The managerial round included both technical queries and soft skills.
Nice experience. They will ask basics as well as some project-based questions. They will ask a few questions on your experiences. They will ask about the landscape of the current project on which you are working.
