Niche technologies.
Internet expenses, vouchers, and awards.
Friendly and co-operative team.
Less variable pay. Working hours are a bit more compared to other MNCs. Delayed promotions for men in high employee count projects.
All are good except promotion criteria. Please don't look into criteria like women employee or months at Accenture, etc., when an employee is performing well.
