HMO is competitive. Training opportunities are abundant.
Nonsense performance feedback process (too tedious and too competitive) and lots of politics across almost all departments. Also, it's not easy to transfer to another project or industry group if you wish to retool or expand your skillset. Yearly salary adjustments don't offer much of a jump even if your performance rating is good.
