I have given, still no result. It takes too much time. They will not send the offer letter, even they do not declare the result. Onboarding too slow. We can't even apply for other roles.

As I went as a fresher, there was a college project discussion that was focused on English. In the starting, the interviewer asked for my introduction, then project details, my role in the project creation, and at the last, an extempore.

Joined the interview. He asked about introduction, project, least favorite subject, how you will manage the project with time constraints, and some more HR questions. Got selected and received a letter of intent.
