It has been 7 months working in Accenture.
I have never felt I worked tirelessly. The trainings are good, and there is a good work-life balance.
After training, some people stay on the bench for a long time.

Assistant Software Engineer (ASE)
The interview was nice, and it was an overall positive experience to be able to face it after seeing the overall process for the companies that are hiring. The way it's been conducted is professional at its recommended level.

After clearing the aptitude and communication tests, I received an email for the Technical and HR interviews. The overall process is medium to difficult. Be prepared with your resumes, and some DSA and OOPs concepts.
