The management is not that good. There is no proper focus on employees, mainly freshers. Project calls are very random. A person with good technical knowledge may get ignored and end up not getting a project even after 6 months of training, whereas a person who has less knowledge comparatively may get project calls.
Give preference to the top scorers in assessments first. Don't pick randomly.
