Associate Applications Engineer
The interview was very general, and they were hiring personality hires from our college. The interview was very smooth, as the interviewer was very helpful and answered my questions about Accenture's stance on AI.
Associate Engineer
It was easy and smooth. They conducted on-campus placement, and there were 3 rounds. I got selected. There was an OA round, a technical interview, and an HR interview. In the HR round, they were interested in knowing about my project.
Assistant Software Engineer (ASE)
After the interview, they sent a selection or rejection email after 8 months. They also rejected me. To be frank, my interview went very well. After some days, I learned that they were rejecting 90% of candidates, maybe because of extra hiring.
