Best company for freshers after engineering
There are less cons in this company.
It was Open Campus recruitment. Around 600 fresh or 1-year experienced graduates applied and attended. The selection process was in two stages: 1. MCQ: Aptitude and Technical Round. 2. HR Interview. 1. MCQ: Aptitude and Technical Round Aptitude r
My overall interview experience is good. The interviewer was very friendly and started the interview with a general question, "Tell me about yourself," and continued with some HR questions.
The interview process was quite crackable. The questions asked were standard array questions on DSA and aptitude. There was also an online communication round and an HR-tech round. There is a clear gender bias towards female candidates.
