I had a great team.
The manager was awesome and very friendly.
Shift work is awful.
If you are a Tech Support Associate, you'll have to work all day. The work was over the top stressful. If you wish to work at Accenture, do not go into Tech Support Cloud Infrastructure.

It was a great experience. We were screened through an online assessment which included aptitude questions, English, and basic computer questions. Then, after clearing that round, there was a personal cum technical interview which was very easy.
