Not good variable pay. Not good bonus. No increment if recession is going on. No work-life balance. Always some training is going on. Sometimes you have to complete training even though you don't have time because of regular work. Extra hour work. No recognition.
Pay well and bring strict work-life balance.

OA was easy. Three coding questions: one of HTML, CSS, JS; one SQL; and one coding. The technical round was on the tough side with questions from core CS, security, networking, pseudocode, and other things. The cognitive round was easy.
