Less career growth - I don't know if you are put up in Testing, then there are high chances that you will end up, even after 3 years, working in "Pure Manual Testing".
This is an IT company. Make your departments work like that. I got my result of GFT on the 28th, and the project allocation department doesn't know about the result.
