Mismanagement - You will feel like you are working in a govt. company. Such mismanagement that one department doesn't know the complete information about another.
Less career growth - I don't know if you are put up in Testing, then there are high chances that you will end up, even after 3 years, working in "Pure Manual Testing".
This is an IT company. Make your departments work like that. I got my result of GFT on the 28th, and the project allocation department doesn't know about the result.
When contacted, HR said he doesn't have any confirmation mail yet. OMG, even Indian speed post is faster than you.
