Really, there are no pros.
If I had to mention one, then it would be of the breakout areas and how glorified the facilities are.
Nobody knows what is happening around. The HRs and Managers don't care. They literally treat you like slaves. Doesn't provide transportation facilities if people are from the other part of the city. Yet, they want people to choose the projects. They train non-IT people on technologies they are not comfortable with and call only computer science background people for projects. This is pathetic.
- Treat everyone the same way.
- From ASEs to Managers to DMs, all are the same. All of them started off from zero.

Associate Software Engineer
OA was easy. Three coding questions: one of HTML, CSS, JS; one SQL; and one coding. The technical round was on the tough side with questions from core CS, security, networking, pseudocode, and other things. The cognitive round was easy.
