Cons

Accenture is really very poor, in fact, worst in planning for new recruits. They give you random locations in the country, which is okay as per standards. But within a city, they keep changing your location from one office to another, and they don't bother to tell you your next day's training location until a day or two before. Also, they allocate random technological skills. So, if you want to work on a specific technology in your career, postpone that dream for at least a year or two.

Advice to Management

Take into account an individual's skills before allocating them any technology for training. A person good in databases might be forced to take up Java, and vice versa. Maybe you want them to be versatile, but still, take into account their qualifications before making any decision.
