Lots of projects experience and a good work environment.
All good. I didn't find any cons.
It was a good experience. My interview for the Associate Software Engineer role focused on core programming skills, problem-solving, and understanding of OOPs concepts. They also asked about past projects and teamwork experiences.
The interview was around 15-20 minutes. There were no technical questions, only project-related and HR-type questions. Basically, they checked communication skills and fluency in English. Accenture, I think, mostly prefers Java-trained candidates.
It was a good and time-taking interview. Results will not be available soon, it will take around 2 months. The questions in the HR round will be regarding your resume only. Projects kept on the resume are important. All the best for the future.
