Easy interview and training.
Provides free shuttle and cab services.
Very good infrastructure.
Great place to work, especially for women employees.
After training, it is not certain what role you will get in the project. It may be totally irrelevant to your training or your stream in B.Tech.
Women employees are getting more consideration than men.
Job trainings are not so valuable.
Focus more on ethics rather than technology.
Working hours are higher than other MNCs, at 10 hours.
Feedback for performance management should be two-way.
