Not a good company to start. You can get a lot of training
You can get work from home if the project allows it.
No chance of promotion if you do not butter your supervisor, and you have to literally advertise your work.
People who work hard and sincerely do not get recognized and promoted.
Need improvement in performance recognition.
Don't treat people like slaves. You care about card swipes and all, but forget that these are the people who brought the project from red status to green.
