Work culture could be more casual.
The productivity could increase manifold if the work environment is made more fun.
In addition to the usual recreation room, we could have a place where you just disconnect from work and talk or meet new people (and please, not about work).
The idea might backfire, but if it works, I bet the employees will be energetic to come to work and will love working after having a good time. This can increase the overall productivity and reduce the stress that has been affecting many people lately.

Associate Software Engineer
OA was easy. Three coding questions: one of HTML, CSS, JS; one SQL; and one coding. The technical round was on the tough side with questions from core CS, security, networking, pseudocode, and other things. The cognitive round was easy.
