The brand name is good. The pay is decent compared to the rest of the service providers. Pressure is not that much.
No facilities properly, except for the bus. Expectation to relocate abruptly into other cities. Random allocation of work. And many more. Have to go through some nonsense courses and all.
Try hiring people with talent; don't simply hire them.
