The appraisal process has changed recently, giving your supervisor more control over you. No recognition of skills for freshers. They will train you on one technology and give you work on another, then cross-train you for that.
Try to recognize an individual's skill set, rather than allotting them to some technology. Try to find out what they are comfortable with.
OA was easy. Three coding questions: one of HTML, CSS, JS; one SQL; and one coding. The technical round was on the tough side with questions from core CS, security, networking, pseudocode, and other things. The cognitive round was easy.
