Left the company in 7 months. Bad experience
- Little or no work, so work-life balance is very, very nice.
- The stream training is very nice.
But the stream is very bad (testing 😁).
- Bad project (not at all helpful for my job shift).
- HR people are not supportive; they did not reply to me. I pinged them several times during my notice period.
- Project onboarding itself is a huge task (one month time for this only).
- Less salary. I grabbed 3 offers, one from a very big MNC (got paid around 4x my CTC).
Please give opportunities to talented people. Otherwise, they will leave, like me. 😁
