An employee-friendly organization, especially for women. Nowadays, they are going to make the number of employees (male and female) equal, and for women, they are giving a maternal leave of 21 weeks, I guess.
You will be experiencing a lot of politics (regional). Your promotions and everything will depend on your manager and your team lead. Most of them won't be seeing your work. They will be looking at your friendliness towards them.
Please favor all employees, not just managers and TLs, because low-level employees do the actual work.
