Good company for freshers to start
The training program is good.
Poor pay scale, no work-life balance, and regionalism at its peak. Managers are biased towards those who belong to the same community. I had an extremely disappointing tenure at Accenture.
Please increase the pay of freshers.

Associate Software Engineer
OA was easy. Three coding questions: one of HTML, CSS, JS; one SQL; and one coding. The technical round was on the tough side with questions from core CS, security, networking, pseudocode, and other things. The cognitive round was easy.
