Accenture has great work-life balance, but it all depends on your project manager and the person to whom you are reporting. Overall, it's manageable and fine to work.
In recent days, they have started to give PIP to many Accenture employees, and HR is threatening them with a voluntary quit.

Associate Software Engineer
OA was easy. Three coding questions: one of HTML, CSS, JS; one SQL; and one coding. The technical round was on the tough side with questions from core CS, security, networking, pseudocode, and other things. The cognitive round was easy.
