If you don't want to learn something challenging, this company's for you.
The worst decision of my life was to start my career with this company. They will just make you sit on the bench, and if that's not enough, they have a concept of a "project bench" also.
Why do you think they take so many freshers? Because of the huge amount of money they loot from their clients in the name of resources.
They just make you sit there, destroying your careers, while they earn a lot and you don't even get a fraction of it.
Please stop recruiting more freshers if you don't have any projects.
