- Individual recognition for hard work is not given.
- A bad manager can make your life miserable, and the seniors do nothing to help you.
- Office politics exists on a large scale.
- HR exists for namesake only. They won't help you or communicate with you unless you're an experienced employee.
- Try to listen to employee problems and help them.
- Employees must be able to communicate with HR easily and find solutions to their problems.
- Location preference for genuine reasons must be taken into consideration.
