3 months notice period Low salaries It's hard to get a good project (I was lucky to get a good one) HRs hate you Zero flexibility; they might ask you to go to the remotest of locations without any prior notice. Your skills never matter. I've seen an 8-year experienced Java guy thrown into manual testing as there are no 'requirements'. For TLs and below, it's really bad.
Please work with your HRs. Lucky for me, I never had to ask any of them for anything, but almost everyone I know has had a really hard time trying to get anything done from them.
In many delivery centers, office politics is real. It would be really helpful if there was reverse feedback for TL and above. Something like every (A/S)SE has to give feedback for their seniors too.
OA was easy. Three coding questions: one of HTML, CSS, JS; one SQL; and one coding. The technical round was on the tough side with questions from core CS, security, networking, pseudocode, and other things. The cognitive round was easy.
Easy and smooth. The questions were very easy, nothing much about the project and general HR kind of questions. The interviewer made me very comfortable in the beginning and let me relax, then asked me to introduce myself. Then, the interview started
Interviewer asked basic questions: "Introduce yourself," "Explain about your project," and some basic questions about the technical domain mentioned in the resume. They also asked, "Do you know AI/ML?" Some basic questions about AI were also asked.
