Training is extensive, ranging from over a period of 3 months for freshers to smaller programs for laterals.
The work environment is good, and fun-filled Fridays are the best days of the week.
It's a great place to network, given the variety of culture and knowledge around.
The workload is not much, but this leads to high competition among peers.
Preferred location is not given consideration.
If one is trained in one skill set, the chances are the project will be some entirely new technology.
Networking is more important than working.
Escalations/Promotions to management are biased.

Associate Software Engineer
OA was easy. Three coding questions: one of HTML, CSS, JS; one SQL; and one coding. The technical round was on the tough side with questions from core CS, security, networking, pseudocode, and other things. The cognitive round was easy.
