Flexible timing. Supportive seniors. Good work-life balance.
For freshers, they don't bother about one's preference. It's just random allocation of streams and projects. And if you request a stream change, they will just reply, 'No, it cannot be done.' You have to stay in the stream you were assigned.
Before allocating a stream or project to any employee, either experienced or a fresher, please consider their preferences. Otherwise, within a few months, you will lose your valuable employee.

OA was easy. Three coding questions: one of HTML, CSS, JS; one SQL; and one coding. The technical round was on the tough side with questions from core CS, security, networking, pseudocode, and other things. The cognitive round was easy.
