Sometimes managements use their power negatively.
Can do much better by taking reviews and feedback from employees from the bottom up as well. The whole control is in the hands of senior managements like team leads, AMs, Managers, and Senior Managers. They give ratings to their employees whatever they feel like without actual analysis of the work their juniors have performed.

Associate Software Engineer
OA was easy. Three coding questions: one of HTML, CSS, JS; one SQL; and one coding. The technical round was on the tough side with questions from core CS, security, networking, pseudocode, and other things. The cognitive round was easy.
