No stress in the work environment. Work-life balance is very good; we can have fun in the company. Good growth. Good compensation.
We have to work for a long day. We have to work more than nine hours a day. We don't get the projects which we like; it is allotted randomly. Fewer leaves.
I advise the management to allocate the projects accordingly and not randomly. All the other managements are really good and are working their best.
