Got to learn about a lot of things, like the basics of CS fundamentals and others. It will be a good place for non-tech branches to start their tech careers.
A lot of the time, they lead to non-allotment to projects, which forces students to remain on the bench. As a result, no exposure to technology happens.
Don't recruit too many at first. Try to fit already recruited individuals inside a particular project.

OA was easy. Three coding questions: one of HTML, CSS, JS; one SQL; and one coding. The technical round was on the tough side with questions from core CS, security, networking, pseudocode, and other things. The cognitive round was easy.
